The Beau Property Staging team have renovated and home-styled a vast range of properties, ranging from large family homes to compact city flats. As property developers ourselves, we truly understand the value of home staging and have used it many times on our own projects as well as for external clients.

Chris and Georgina launched Beau Property Home Staging in 2019 having experienced as developers a gap in the market for design led show homes at affordable price points.
As developers who are laser focussed on end design, Chris and Georgina believe that bringing Beau Property Home Staging in at the start of a project can help to assist on floor plan optimisation, interior design and ultimately lead to faster and higher value sales for the client.

Claire joined The Beau Property group in 2019 as our Property Manager but very quickly her role migrated into Sales & Operations Manager for our Home Staging Business after seeing her flair and love for interior design. She works alongside Joss bringing all our projects to fruition from initial client contact to completed show homes.

INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR
Joss Miller has many years of experience in creating beautiful interior schemes for all types of properties. She offers a second-to-none home styling service which includes taking a design from conceptualisation, sourcing the right materials and then styling each room on installation day.
