As property developers ourselves, we truly understand the value of home staging and have used it many times on our own projects as well as for external clients.

INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERTS

Chris and Georgina launched Beau Property Home Staging in 2019 having experienced as developers a gap in the market for design led show homes at affordable price points.

As developers who are laser focussed on end design, Chris and Georgina believe that bringing Beau Property Home Staging in at the start of a project can help to assist on floor plan optimisation, interior design and ultimately lead to faster and higher value sales for the client.

Claire Spiller

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Claire joined the Beau Property Group in 2019 as a Property Manager but soon her love and flair for properties and interior design became apparent. She worked alongside Chris and Georgina to help create Beau Property Home Staging managing the logistics and operations and is now Managing Director. She has worked in every aspect of the business and has extensive knowledge of how we can help our clients sell properties

Ella

INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR

Ella studied Interior Architecture and Design at university, and since then has worked across residential and large-scale property developments, shaping interiors that feel considered from the ground up, how light moves through a room, how spaces flow into one another, and how the smallest details change the way a home feels to live in. At Beau Property, Ella brings that design intelligence into every staging project, with a practical eye for what helps buyers fall in love with a space the moment they walk in. From show homes to individual sales, Ella cares about getting every detail right, so each property feels ready for someone to call it home.

Alex Gray

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Alex joined the team in April 2023 to oversee the financial management of the business and act as an advisor to Chris and Georgina. Alex ensures funding is in place to facilitate our growth plan to provide the highest quality home staging to a wider audience.
