Elm House
To complement the beautiful design of Fernham Homes’ Elm House, we blended both classic and contemporary pieces to create a feeling of warmth, whilst also achieving a modern, fresh feel to this spacious five bed new build property. The scheme is sophisticated yet homely, appealing to a range of buyers, with pops of colour and sumptuous textures throughout. Inspired by the property’s countryside setting, we included blue, green and mustard upholstery in living spaces and bedrooms, and introduced an autumnal vibe to keep the look seasonal and considered in time for a winter launch.
