The Orchards is a stunning boutique development of 10 homes in Paddock Wood and Beau Property Staging were instructed in the early stages by Balan Homes to consult on the interior choices, such as flooring, paint colours and wallpaper. This allowed us to develop a bespoke show home package, which included window treatments, and ensured the interior finishes and the furniture package complemented each other perfectly. The brief was for a ‘Californian vibe’ which included layers of natural textures, ceramics and laidback yet luxurious fabrics, alongside a relaxed muted palette of furniture, accessories and artwork – creating an on trend scheme that was also classic and homely, appealing to a wide range of buyers.
