Interior design; In the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, this development is a collection of eight modern, finely crafted Victorian homes. Sympathetically renovated by the Beau team, character features such as coving and ceiling roses were restored or replaced to bring these properties back to life and achieve luxurious, period homes with both a classic and contemporary feel. Panelling was installed to achieve further charm, whilst modern fixtures and fittings added balance to the overall scheme. A neutral, warm paint palette, oak effect herringbone flooring and striking kitchen cabinetry and quartz brought sophistication to these apartments – paired with contemporary bathroom schemes these new homes offered buyers period apartment living at its finest.
Show home; To complement the character features and grandeur of these properties, statement furniture pieces were handpicked to achieve a luxury feel. The living space design included a fluted sofa, velvet accent chairs and a stylish oak dining arrangement. The generous period ceiling height in the master suite is complemented by a four poster bed and luxury soft furnishings, which would rival any boutique hotel scheme. A considered mix of classic yet contemporary lighting and artwork elevates the look further throughout, whilst hints of marble and ceramics add sophistication and texture to the interiors.
