Dillywood

At Dillywood, we chose a neutral palette that would let the interiors speak for themselves and appeal to as wide a range of buyers as possible. Soft boucle headboards, warm oak furniture and a calm mix of stone, taupe and green ran throughout, with pops of colour, like the velvet green sofas in the living room, kept considered rather than trend led. The result was a show home that felt genuinely liveable rather than staged for a camera, and it paid off: all six homes reserved on the show home launch day.
