INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERTS

Chris and Georgina launched Beau Property Home Staging in 2019 having experienced as developers a gap in the market for design led show homes at affordable price points.

As developers who are laser focussed on end design, Chris and Georgina believe that bringing Beau Property Home Staging in at the start of a project can help to assist on floor plan optimisation, interior design and ultimately lead to faster and higher value sales for the client.

Claire Spiller

SALES DIRECTOR

Claire joined the Beau Property Group in 2019 as a Property Manager but soon her love and flair for properties and interior design became apparent. She worked alongside Chris and Georgina to help create Beau Property Home Staging managing the logistics and operations and is now Sales Director. She has worked in every aspect of the business and has extensive knowledge of how we can help our clients sell properties

Ellen Leedham

INTERIOR DESIGN DIRECTOR

Ellen joined the business in January at Director level. With over 17 years’ experience as an interior designer working with some of the UK’s premier developers on show homes and interiors across the different residential sectors. Previous clients include Berkeley Homes, Countryside, Hill Group, Network Homes, London Square and Mount Anvil.

Ellen joins Beau from Suna Interior Design where she was the Lead Interior Designer for over 10 years, having previously worked for top interior design practices such as Conran & Partners and Richmond International.

Alex Gray

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Alex joined the team in April 2023 to oversee the financial management of the business and act as an advisor to Chris and Georgina. Alex ensures funding is in place to facilitate our growth plan to provide the highest quality home staging to a wider audience.
