We recently completed an office installation at New Cavendish Street for Howard De Walden, a prestigious estate management company. Howard De Walden manages an extensive portfolio of properties in the heart of London’s Marylebone, focusing on maintaining and enhancing its historic appeal while catering to modern needs.
For this project, we designed four unique office suites intended for renting out to businesses seeking modern, well-designed workspaces. Each space was crafted with a bold approach to artwork and colour, creating visually impactful environments. The goal was to make these suites stand out in a competitive office market by introducing striking interiors that reflect both modern sophistication and functionality. From the vibrant, framed prints on the walls to carefully selected furniture, every element was chosen to enhance both the aesthetic and the productivity of the space.
